As you may have seen as a spoiler on my Instagram account, we have over-renewed our bedroom in the most magical way. In this article, I share with you an easy and cheap way to make...your own bedside lamp. The backstory :
Our bedroom isn't done yet, because there are still some crafts I want to add left. I look forward to sharing our reno with you, because everything was done with our own two hands. Literally. After finishing some of the more demanding tasks, like painting, installing new curtains etc. we sat and admired the result (!) and I said...
Let's start this by saying that, lately I have fallen in love with pom-poms. I look for them everywhere, in different colors and sizes and I use them as decoration wherever I can. In decorative items, Christmas decorations, clothes, hats, tights. I say all this to justify the pom-pom-paranoia that will occure from now on. I warned you. So in one of my experiments, I thought that a pair of tights full of colored pom-poms would be perfect. I made it, Myrto tried it, she loved it and never took it off, as I was informed later on.

Hair clips are the cutest and in fashion accessory you can wear lately and in this article you will learn how to make them yourself.
The backstory :
Several months ago, I started seeing hair clips (or hair barettes) coming back in fashion! Most international fashion brands and magazines incorporated them in their looks. So I decided to make them myself! And I have already made...
A boring and somewhat awkward box has been transformed into a lovely and handy storage box.
As a Greek blog, in some cases, English titles are more suitable. Like this construction. It's clearly a "makeover".
The backstory :
This backstory is short. Lately, (i.e the last two years!) I've been trying to find the best way to organize the materials for my constructions. I found these beautiful bamboo boxes in a store by chance, and they were very cheap.
I didn't like the handle and when I got home I realized that apart from it being shoddy, it was also very uncomfortable....
There's an easy way to turn a boring plastic flower pot into a beautiful home pot using a cotton rope! I'm sure you know all about the love I have for plants by now, and you certainly know that I take care of a lot, here at home. When it comes to plants and home decor, I'm always looking for a beautiful pot, a clay pot, a knitted basket in which I can put the plants. At some point, I exhausted all of my options. Concrete pot, clay pot,...

Time: 30 minutes | Cost: 11 euros It is this time of year that we are experimenting with home decoration. We make various changes, alter objects, decorate the rooms that need more care and ... bring new plants home! At the moment, 25 little plants live (and thrive) in my house (crazy plant lady alert). I don't have time to count the plants in the terrace now (!) but they are also thriving. That will be until tomorrow that the infamous snow and frost will begin, I imagine. One of the beautiful details that we have added lately to the house...
Headbands and retro hair clips are making a comebank and I'm so happy! You may have noticed that, I'm a huge fan of retro and somewhat childish details in accessories and clothing.
After hair clips, it's now time for headbands. Today I will be sharing with you this -very easy- way to decorate an old boring headband with just some inches of gorgeous floral fabric.
